Is the Shaw Company Store open to the public?
Yes.  We are open to the public by Appointment Only.  Schedule your appointment here

Do Shaw Associates receive a discount?
Shaw Associates receive special pricing on products purchased for their personal residences. Associate's relatives receive a different discount level on purchases for their personal residences. Although there are differences in the discount levels, both associates and relatives get to enjoy world class pricing.

How do you verify employment?
Associate I.D. verification is required before any pricing or purchases can be made. All of our quotes are confidential.

How do I request a quote or place an order?
To obtain pricing or place an order please fill out the Request Quote/Place Order form here. Also, be sure to schedule an appointment to view in-store promotions and limited quantity specials.

Are there installers available if I do not have one?

Do you keep stock at the Shaw Company Store?
We will occasionally offer in-store specials on limited quantities, but most products are picked up at nearby distribution centers. We do offer limited stock at our Grab and Go.  The Shaw Company Store is a showroom that includes samples of most products that the company offers.

Is there a restock fee if I make a return?
Yes, if the return is not due to a Shaw defect. The standard return fee for an employee personal home purchase is 15% of the invoiced amount to be returned (plus any associated freight charges). Some products such as trim pieces, adhesives, and marketplace items are non-returnable. Hard surface products, due to dye lot issues, require a minimum of 100 sqft in unopened boxes to be eligible for return. How soon should I expect my order/inquiry to be processed?
Our goal is to provide a response within 24 hours. Many of our orders and inquiries are processed the same day they are received.

What are your methods of payments?
Payments and Terms: All of our orders are processed as C.B.D., or Cash Before Delivery. This means that orders must be paid for prior to shipping.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, checks.  We also have financing available.
